Racing Breaks 2009

Hopefully you had a most enjoyable Cheltenham - I must say that from my Armchair
it looked really great!

So while the memories of great racing are still fresh in your mind, it seems a
good time to let you know of Bowood Leisure's Racing Breaks plans for 2009. We
have a range of venues planned for later this year, and all our trips are now
for 3 nights, and have two day's racing ( with our Brighton visit also including
an evening, with Dinner, at Hove Greyhound Stadium ). Details of all these
future events will be sent out to you fairly soon.

However, we would like to concentrate initially on our first event, namely an
old favourite:-

Chepstow Races: Bank Holiday weekend, Sunday 24th - Wednesday 27th May,

staying at the 4* Hilton Newport, with racing on Monday & Tuesday

£295 p.p.s. (single occupancy supplement £60)

For all our UK race meetings we provide Dinner, Bed & Breakfast, plus Premier
Enclosure badges, coach transfers

to/from the racecourse .... and of course the usual raceday Racing Posts and
our "Bubbly" Top Tipster competition.

You will already have experienced, and we hope enjoyed, one or more previous
trips with us. If you would like our trifold for this Chepstow event, please
just drop me an email (or phone of course). But of course, if you would like to
go ahead and book now – even better. Let me know, and I will of course
promptly send you the trifold which includes the booking form. (Apologies for
not "attaching" this document, but due to techical problems (i.e. probably my
incompetence) its conversion to Word format is proving a challenge!)

Tim Shelton and I are also very pleased to welcome Bob Green to the Bowood
ranks. Many of you may remember Bob as a guest from past trips, with his love
of racing (and Golf), and we welcome Bob's contribution to these events.

I appreciate that you may like more information about our future trips. Our
web-site www.bowood-leisure.co.uk is currently being updated, and should be
available by the end of this month. However, if in the meantime you would like
to have more details of future trips, we would be only too pleased to send you
our trifold flyer. Our email address is shown in the header of this letter -
but preferably contact Bob on 020 8770 1956 or on his "portable" email :
bobgreen1951@....

Bowood Leisure has tried to enhanced the quality of the events and the services
it provides. Our use of a Trust Account with the Private Bank, Cater Allen,
brings you added financial protection, and if you prefer you can also choose to
pay for your breaks by debit or credit card, as an alternative to cheque.

Best wishes, and hope to see you soon
