Dear NRC Member/Supporter

We are quickly approaching our last club event of the year – at
Haydock Park on Sat 22nd December. If you have already booked tickets
these will be ordered by post tomorrow (Monday) with all subsequent
applications accepted on the basis that the badges will be collected
at the entrance on the day (due to possible postal delays at Xmas
time).

If you already have Haydock metal badges etc and wish to attend that
will be fine also – just drop me a line so I can add you into the
catering calculations!

For those who enter the Saturday Naps challenge, for this day only
entries can be handed in to me before the 1st race (on a sheet of
paper) also!

HAYDOCK XMAS GATHERING - SAT DEC 22ND

Whilst we are unable to find a sponsored jumps race at Haydock this
winter we have kindly been offered our usual room (Arkwright Suite)
in the Tommy Whittle Stand and discounted County Badges for this
fixture.

For £20pp we can offer a members badge, use of private room/cash bar,
small buffet, and free entry to champagne tipping challenge on the
day's card (entry forms available in the room on the day).

Please send requests for badges to NRC at 53 Dalebrook Rd, Sale,
Cheshire M33 3LB. All requests received after 9th December will
available for collection at the main entrance. I have not stated a
closing date as I shall continue to accept orders as long as Haydock
will accept them – a target date of Wed 19th Dec would however be
preferable in order that I can put in the catering request in good
time.

This is the first time we have held this event so please give us your
support!
