KELSO RACE WEEKEND - OCT 19-21st

I am again putting together a trip to Kelso races on Oct 20th
(Saturday) with two nights stay at the Border Hotel, Kirk Yetholm,
about 7 miles from Kelso. Club members have used this hotel before
and it has a very good bar and restaurant albeit has limited bedrooms
although if needs be they can arrange additional rooms at other local
B&B's etc which are of good quality. On the non racing days there are
plenty of local borders towns to visit of you can enjoy a range of
golf, walking, hunting and fishing locally.

The hotel rates are £40pp per night inc full Scottish breakfast
although the overspill rooms may be slightly cheaper. Even if we have
split overnight accommodation the hotel's bar and dining room is
large enough to cope with our group requirements.

Travel to the course can be made individually or if enough demand we
can arrange a minibus.

Some members have also suggested the possibility of a private
room/lunch on the raceday - prices for this would start at £45 for
admission and 2 course lunch. Members badges on Saturdays are £20pp
albeit cheaper if pre booked.
