An upcoming annual equine event in the North of England is the
Thoroughbred Rehabilitation Centre open day on July 1st starting at
noon. This is always an interesting day out to see how ex-racehorses
are later rehabilitated once their racing careers are over and a
charity well worth supporting. The TRC address is Whinney Hill,
Aughton Rd, Halton, Lancs LA2 6PQ and further information is
available on 01524 812649.

The clubs main event in July will be a supported raceday on July 29th
at Carlisle with hopefully a stable visit to B Storey's yard on the
morning before the racing at Carlisle - full details to be published
on the web site once final confirmations received.
