Deciding where to watch the England v Portugal football match? Chester
Racecourse is showing the entire match, uninterrupted by racing with
commentary on the Open Course on a giant screen on 1st July, 2006.
Tickets to the Open Course cost just £8 and can be purchased at the
entrance.
As well as the World Cup, the Romans will also be on the Open Course
bringing to life Chester's Roman heritage, the 1st of the 6 races kicks
off at 2.05 (10 minutes earlier than scheduled)
