I was rinsing off at the shower at LM this morning and noticed a sign for a
memorial paddle out. I was just assuming it was a some old guy who was a
surfer...then I saw the picture. I never knew who he was but have seen him in
out in the line up over the years. I was kind of shock and got goose bumps all
over.

Anyone knew Happy? He seem like a really cool guy. Any info on how folks can
