It will certainly be cooking, but I'd try and avoid getting it when the
onshores are blowing. I hear it'd been really windy down south with the
lows tracking pretty much right over southern cal, ie, much windier and
rainier than normal.

That said, I've had Ricon really good when it's been a bit onshore - crowds
tend to stay home ..
