how was brazil??
I'm looking forward to playing with you guys again, I injured my back about a month ago and I'm still healing. I have a djembe drum and a berimbau that I can bring to the rodas, but my djembe needs a new head. Do you know any place that sells heads here in NO? I can also talk to Curtis, he will most likely know were to get one.
Sorry I couldn't make the pot luck, hope it was fun!
talk to you soon,

Let me know what days and times work well for you. We can spread the word to Curtis’s students and invite them to come as well.
Samurai and I have 2 berimbaus, 2 pandeiros, an agogo, and a reco-reco. Does anyone have a drum? We have 2 small African drums, but they are not very loud and are hard to play while standing up. If you have instruments, plan on bringing them.
