Hello everyone. I was just wondering if anyone knows what sort of
belief system Noah has, if any. Since he seems to be such a good
person, I'm curious to know if his beliefs influence his behavior and
character. Any info on this topic would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah! I´m agree with this. He has very good and positive feelings! I
have noticed what you say above, he is really modest and friendly.
Also, I have noticed he is happy on all the photos I saw of him and in
a video too...
Hey Guys!
Check out this muscle monster! What I wouldn't
give to be that size! I already pre-ordered his
lifestyle DVD from the site. Looking to add some more
mass here. And I thought I was big . . . haha!

The more I learn about Noah the more he amazes me. It's inspiring and
refreshing to find a man who is so physically impressive and who isn't
arrogant and disdainful but modest and friendly. I really admire him
for this. Here's to you, big guy!

conquests among others and to show some photos, my name is EDUARDO, I have 20
years I live in Brazil, and I made this same page, for the little information

Subject: [Noah Steere] What Noah has been up to...enjoying life.
I talk to Noah now and then,
Actually I am about to call him to order supps from
his shop in a minute or two.
Any way, he typically stays around 310-315 pounds
these days, and has no more aspirations of competing.
Even though he has good symmetry, and could easily
bulk back up to 350 and diet down to the mid 320s to
compete, he still would not fare as well as he would
like to in the Super-heavyweight division of the NPC.
Unfortunately, they seem to expect him to come in as
thick as the 5'9" 250 pounders, and that would require
Noah to Weigh in at 360+ pounds on stage.
That would kill him. He feels sick at anything over
340, even for offseason shape. Sort of puts it in
perspective how heavy other people claim to be, but
really are not.
Noah is VERY honest about his stats, and feels he has
nothing to prove. He just likes to run his supps shop,
and go Bass fishing, and spend time with his son.
He bodybuilds now just to maintain, but does not push
himself that hard in the gym any more. He is a freak,
in that he does not have to work hard to maintain his
size. He does not even take high doses of supplements
either, actually quite low.
So he is just a hobby BBr now. One massive skyscraper
of one, with abbs year round, but he he does not
compete any more.
He also does not show off in the gym either. His
weights now are quite low.
In the past he has gone as heavy as 800 pound squats
and deadlifts, and benched 600 shirtless, but at the
time he was just under 350 pounds himself. Not any
world records, but impressive.
You wont see him using weights like that anymore
though. He just maintains and enjoys life.
We should be happy for him.
If a guy can find a way to make a good living, and
have a bodybuilder physique without having to compete,
then he is quite fortunate.

It been while sentence you chate with group and Noah. I hope some
will open up tell me if this most recent picture of big man. I need to
know dose Noah ever slow how strong he is by doing some feat of
strength by lifting a car or bench pressing in gym for fun. I hope
doing better and completely well.
You got to meet him at an expo, Arnold Classic, or
Olympia expo.
He does not have any training DVDs that I know of, and
he does not compete any more.
If you call his shop and ask for an autographed photo,
and buy some sups from him, he would likely send you
one.

Hello whats up Noah. Wow man you have gotten Huge! Happy Birthday! I enlisted in the Army about a year ago and just started lifting again about a month ago, I lifted in the past, just was never able to keep myself motivated to continue with it. When I started I only weighed 125 pounds and when I got up to 165 I quit gaining. Since I quit I have dropped about ten pounds back down to 155, yes I know I'm just a little guy. I was hoping you could give me some advice on what supplements and what kind of work out program would be good for me, I have a very fast metabolism and course we do PT 5 days a week also. We usually run 3-5 miles three days a week and do muscle failure two days a week. I would like to get up to about 200 pounds, maybe a little more, but I'm just trying to set a reasonable goal for myself for now. I am 5'9" tall so I think that would be a good weight for me being the type of work I do and I think anything more than that
might hurt my run time for my PT tests. I am stationed in Grafenwohr, Germany and they have a really nice gym here for me to work out at. Do you ship to APO address's? Any help would be greatly appreciate. Well e-mail me back and let me know what you think when you have some free time.

Hey!
Just wanted to let you guys know about a new
wrestling company I came across on the net. It's
called Rasslin and Muscle Prouctions. They have some
HUGE bodybuilder type guys wrestling on there, and
also some smaller guys. Looks like a cool video from
the trailer. I love bearhugs and overhead presses!
