I met Noah this past Saturday at the Arnold Expo in Columbus.  There
was pretty much anyone who is celebrity in the muscle world there..but
I wanted to meet Noah.  Since I'm 6'6", there are few bb'rs I could
look at eye-to-eye.

He seemed like a nice guy...very friendly and down to earth.  I asked
him about him being injured this past year.  He just said that he was
hurting all over...too much hard lifting I guess.

A truly massive guy...my dream date.

If any of you have the chance to go to the Expo...go...no where else is
that much beef on show.
