i'm not much for riding outside in this cold ,nasty weather; but i
am trying to stay in good race shape by using an eliptical at the Y,
running, and i just picked up an indoor trainer and i'm going to set
it up in a little while. i'll write back and let you know what i
think about it, i'm a little skeptical myself.
