Amy,
I should have guessed that Jason and Halter's had a hand in it. They did a fine
job. I was there last Sunday and again yesterday. I followed the trails to the
canal in Millstone and back. The soil is dry with just a few muddy crossings in
low lying areas which adds to the fun. And speaking of fun crossings, some of
the "bridges" are pretty dicey. I'm two blocks away from the soccer fields at
Rt 27, so it couldn't be more convenient. Now if we could just bring in a
couple of hills...

Jason, I'd be happy to help with any future trail work. Post here if any is
scheduled.

Carlos

A few days ago, I went for a quick ride at 6 Mile Run in Franklin Park (RT
27 side) and was most surprised at all the trail work that's been done since I
last rode there. The terrain at 6-Mile is relatively flat and small in area, but
the trail network is greatly improved. I've been out of the saddle and out of
commission for quite some time, and I was very pleasantly surprised. What I
expected to be a 20 minute ride to test out my legs and bike, turned into a fun,
hour-long ride. Kudos and thanks to all responsible. I hope to be able to help
in any future trail maintenance.

Carlos
