I agree with Andrew I used Brielle when I lived in Belmar. You can also try
Beacon on Rt 9 in Howell/Freehold (I think they have a location on Fisher Blvd
in Toms River).

I have a Specialized Rockhopper that is in need of some parts and

Bicycle and they've done some maintenance for me in the past but
I feel like they're overcharging me. They might be or might not
