Do you have to wear all pieces together?   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #66 of 307 |

Just joined the group, after discovering the Triax Elite at a local
shop. I read somewhere that the Polar s625x requires that you wear
all parts (HRM, shoe pod, and wrist watch/info piece) in order to get
speed info. Is the Nike Triax Elite the same way? Can anyone confirm
that about the Polar 625?

I have an old version of the Triax with the shoe pod (w/o the HRM)
enjoyed using it until the watch began to fail. I'm now in the market
for a new all-inclusive device.

Thanks.

Likewise, if you only wanted to track data on HRM, you can skip the pod. ... confirm ... market...
