All,

I got a new watch from polar and it is perfect. There is a big
difference between the Polar and Nike. The watch is a complete
running computer with Cadence and Heart rate variablitiy. It is a
complete fitness product that gives you lot like fitness test,
optimizer test, cadence, six customizable displays, altitude, and
HRV.

You can use this HRV with other softwares like firstbeat to give you
a training effect and what you should do in accordance to train or
rest.

Great investment.
