I think there is something in the instructions about re-linking the
HRM and the SDM to the watch. You might try that.
Here's the info from the website http://www.niketiming.com
"Your watch and SDM foot pod communicate via a unique digital radio
frequency. When you change the watch battery, replace your foot pod,
or reset the watch by pressing all four buttons, it is necessary to
re-link the watch to the speed sensor. If the watch is not linked to
any speed sensor, it will prompt you to press and hold the speed
sensor button. After you have pressed and held the button on the
speed sensor, the speed sensor light will blink rapidly. For a few
seconds it will send its unique identification code. When the watch
has registered the code, it will indicate a successful link."
