Hi,
I had the same problem after 5 or 6 months, and I sent the watch to
parsec repair. They changed the HRM only at no cost becasue I was
under the warranty period. I was using the HRM normally. The worst
thing is that I shipped the watch to US while I am based here in Qatar
so I had to wait about 1 month or more to use the watch again.
Send it for HRM replacement.
