Hi Dipesh.

I am currently the U.S. Marketing Manager for Nike Timing and Vision. I
was hired in '99 to write the watch manuals, and have since contributed
regularly to user interface design and usability.

I am now receiving posts to this newsgroup regularly. I am happy to keep
an eye on this forum, but since it's beyond my specific job function, I
will most likely direct you to our team at Nike Consumer Affairs. They
are all well trained on Nike Timing, and people are generally enormously
impressed by the service they provide.

Ted, I'm assuming that you actually work for Nike Timing? It's very
