This has been fixed. Kind of.

The Nike Timing web site was recently converted to
Flash. Unfortunately, we don't have "deep linking"
which would let you link directly to the Triax Elite
page of the site. Now you have to navigate there.
You'll find a few training videos, manuals, etc.
