I had a problem once where I encountered an error while trying to
download from the watch. I reset the watch (took it out of PC mode)
and closed the software down, re-opened the software and linked up the
watch again and it worked fine. I suspect I had changed some of my
settings between syncs (ie auto-lap off / on) but I'm not sure if this
is the problem.
I think I've had up to 18 runs on the watch (one of them a marathon)
before synching again, so I can't imagine six runs being too much
data. The watch will give you a warning when you should sync up again
to avoid losing data.
