My steps:

1. Plug in USB connector
2. Launch Elite software
3. Initiate link from watch

If I don't do it in that exact order, it doesn't work.

Is it capturing the autolaps, but just not beeping?

I've owned the Triax elite for about 6 months now. I haven't synched
my runs in over a month and tried to do so today. I put the watch
right next to the blinking USB thingy, but they do not seem to link.
Anyone had this problem? Know how to fix it?

In addition, I went for a run tonight w/o my MP3 player so I tried to
turn on the beeping for the auto-lap (every mile), but there seems to
be no beep. Anyone had this experience?
