re-setting triax c10   Message List

I have just purchased the nike triax c10 hrm and have ben unable to
get the receiver and transmitter to communicate. the instructions in
the user manual to reset seem to be different than some of the
instructions I have read online. I suppose it could be the battery.
Does anyone have a suggestion i could try?
