I agree with Chris. We are out there to have fun, so if we have 12 or
so guys, we try to get everyone in at some point. This is one area
that I think there should be a compromise between what was the
historical norm and what keeps the game fun for us. As a courtesy, we
generally ask the opposing captain if it's okay to sub for someone.
Personally, I would never have a beef with a club someone subbing
someone in or out for any reason.
