Subject: [N.E.W.] Danehy race and clinic

The next Danehy Park 5K will happen this coming Sunday 5/9 at 10 AM followed by a free clinic on racewalk technique. For those of you who plan to come to the clinic, please wear shorts or tights. Loose, baggy pants are no good because I need to see what your knees are doing. Also, bring an old towel because we will be doing some stretching, some of it lying on the ground. Of course, if you want to lie directly on the grass and get close to nature, that's fine with me. The clinic should take about an hour or so and I guarantee that you will get your money's worth.
