Hello everyone,
I am trying to see how many people might be coming, so please RSVP, if you have not done so already.   Is anybody up for a micro-mini triathlon?  100 meter swim, 5 mile bike, and 1.5 mile run thru the woods?

Dear Group,
Apparently my attempt to send a group email on Yahoo last week didn't arrive.  I am wanting to host a workout/stroll on the bike trail from Groton Center on July 20, followed by a cookout/potluck at our house on 687 Townsend Road in West Groton.  Hopefully it will be swimming pool warm.  Please bring your bathing suits for the pool.  I mentioned this idea at Danehy Park.  I can't do it on the Saturday because I will be doing a guitarmaking class.  I suggest a 10:30 a.m. start.  Any other entertainment would be wonderful.
