This group is for Endurance riders who are moving up to, currently riding, and supporters of the one-day 100 mile ride. This Group is designed to be a supportive and informational resource. Let us know how things are with your training, upcoming rides, what has worked and what didn't for you. Newbie questions are always welcome. Experienced 100-milers are HIGHLY encouraged to participate as well.

My left ankle was wrapped in a polo wrap, white, I think, so it was fairly obvious there was a problem. There was a rider whose name I don't know that stuck

I threw my back out as I was packing my truck for Animal House. Arms loaded so I couldn't see, I stepped off the stairs from two steps above the ground.

What about Colorama? It sounds like they try to make as many checks out of camp to get to more trail? That is a couple hours closer than Grand Island...
