LI Blaze, run by LIVB, Inc. will be holding tryouts for their Junior Program in the following divisions
14 and Under Girls Tuesday Jan. 16, 7 to 9:30 pm
12 and Under Girls Tuesday Jan. 23, 6:30 to 9 pm

Please note, A Parent MUST be in attendance during tryouts!
To expedite the registration process during tryouts, the following information is necessary:
1. Register to become a member of GEVA at www.geva.org Junior Registration Forms.
2. Select returning or new member. Follow instructions and bring signed forms with paid receipt to tryouts including Medical Form and Waiver Release Form.
3. The Registration Fee is $50.00 it must be in cash for site rental & insurance fees.
Please be advised . . . NO PLAYER will be permitted to tryout without ALL of the above information!
