Having problems with message search?
For those of you may have known Fritz Prezeau but have not heard yet, Fritz passed away Nov. 30 from a heart attack. See below for other emails and info about funeral arrangements.
Fritz played in EEVB events for a number of years, especially our indoor tournaments. Fritz was an excellent setter with hands of silk. I remember one tournament years ago at Suffolk Community College when he was one of the first players in the gym. I had just met him recently and confused him with Ray Anthony. I was speaking with someone while near Fritz and I kept making jokes about "Ray" with no response from Fritz. Finally I looked over at him and he looked me right in the eye and said "My name is Fritz". I realized my error and fessed up, we both laughed and I never forgot his name for the rest of his life.
We will miss him.

I have the unfortunate duty of bringing you news of the passing of one of the nicest, kindest persons we have ever shared the court with. Fritz Prezeau passed away today - November 30 - from a heart attack. His wife Veronica was with him when he passed. Fritz was 38.
He was certainly one of the nicest people I have ever known, and his early death is a true tragedy for Fritz and his family.
Services have not been set yet. Someone will let you know by email as soon as the arrangements have been made. Please forward this email to anyone else who might have known Fritz. He was easy to remember once you met him. I trust the Lord noticed this before he took him home.
