Aric,

There is a ton of volleyball in the Capital district. If you're interested
in seeing some of what's available you can check out www.cdgd.org for the
doubles events happening this summer (there's actually a tournament this
weekend at the Niskayuna Community Center - directions on the cdgd web site)
There is an outdoor 6's league that has already started but there are often
teams looking for more players. the league is on Mondays (advanced) and
Tuesdays (intermediate) at the polish community center on Washington road
extension (near crossgates mall) This league is run by the OC Ski club. Once
you get involved with one of these two groups you will find out about pretty
much all the other play in the area. If you want more specifics you can
