EEVB has worked out a discount rate for a hotel in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida within walking distance of the AVP season opener.
The hotel is the Bahia Beach hotel.
The rate is $99/night which must be booked through EEVB.
This hotel has 40 guestrooms on six floors. All rooms feature refrigerators, microwaves, Cable Satellite TV, and balconies overlooking the pool. There are no telephones in rooms. You can see a picture of the room by going to www.eevb.net and entering Ft Lauderdale, then sort the results by name. Bahia Beach Hotel will be at the bottom of the 1st page.
The hotel is a very short walk to the tournament and is very reasonably priced for hotels in the area (due to its lack of amenities, which most players will not need since we will be on the beach playing and watching all weekend)
