EEVB will be holding a winter coed 6s volleyball league at the Friedberg JCC in Oceanside January thru March:
League Times: Monday - Wed. 6:30 - 8:00 pm or 8:00 - 9:30 pm (Teams will be scheduled to play/referee equally in the early and late session throughout the season.) Teams must be ready to play at promptly 6:30 and 8 pm.
Dates: Jan 17, 2005 to March 28
Directions: enter 15 Neil Ct, Oceanside in MapQuest for map: 516-766-4341: Oceanside Rd. south past Mott St. Make right onto Neil ct. JCC is at end on left. Entrance is on opposite side of building from Neil Ct.
Divisions: filled on 1st come basis. Coed 6s divisions - (min. 2 females on court at all times; teams may start/play with only 1 female but will forfeit 3 points/game). Novice to intermediate level players. This league will be geared towards lower level of play and is not for tournament level players.
Rosters: up to 10 players per team.
Entry fees: $500/team + AVPNext membership ($10 per player, can be done on site)

About Friedberg JCC: League players will not need a JCC membership to play volleyball but will need a membership if they want to use the other facilities in the center. Membership will allow players to come early for a swim or stay late for an extra workout.
