Hello everyone! This July 2, 2006, there will be a grass volleyball
tournament that is part of the annual Fourth of July celebration at
Kearns Park in Milan, which is close to Grants, NM. Here are the
details:
- Coed groups of fours, fives, or sixes w/ a minimum of 2 girls on
the court.
- Pool play starts at 9:00 am, and seated play starts 1/2 hour after
pool play.
- Limit 20 teams; all skills welcome
- Cost is $10 per person
- Food/water allowed; no alcohol
Great grass and lights. Benefits Milan Volunteer Fire Dept and
Grants High School Baseball. Call by June 25th to reserve your spot

Directions- I-40 West, take Milan exit and turn right (Chaco Canyon
Trading Center on left). At stop sign, make a left on Rt. 66 and
then almost an immediate right on hiway 53 northeast. Go over the
train tracks and about 1/2 mile, make a left on Stanley rd and
follow the road a short distance to the park on the left.
