Hey y'all! It's Kim Thrasher. Fred Ader & I are putting together our
3rd ABQ VOLLEYFEST grass volleyball tournament on Saturday, July 23.
We encourage you to call in your registration NLT Friday, July 22.
This will give us an idea of how many teams are going to be in.

A big thank you goes out to all the players in the June 25
tournament. It was a HUGE success with approximately 85 players and
35 teams! It was really nice having the ice cream lady drive by
during the day, too! Thank you for all the donations to help cover
food costs. It was greatly appreciated!

THIRD DEGREE SPORTSWEAR has been kind enough to sponsor the prizes,
and we hope that the prizes will continue to be better!

The divisions are as follows:

JUNIORS (all levels)
14U - 4s
16U - doubles
18U - doubles

ADULTS (must have at least 2 players - can play doubles in these
divisions to challenge yourselves)
Mens 3s
Womens 3s
Coed 4s (must have at least 1 woman)

The level of play for the adults is for those who really enjoy
playing the game and the cameraderie. We just want to help unite the
volleyball community and create a fun atmosphere. If you higher level
players have some beginner friends or family to play with, we would
encourage that as well. As teams register that morning, we will break
down the levels if needed, and we'll add more levels based on
tournament participation.

can't seem to upload anything when I posted this message on the Yahoo
group.

We would love for you to play and help make these tournaments a
success! The more participation, the better the prizes! YEAH!
