I am offering to run a volleyball clinic next Sunday, 12/19 at
Powerzone. The clinic will be geared towards Women's B/rec
players. Although many BB crews can use the day too. RSVP if
you are interested in attending.

Cost = $25/participant, $20 a person with groups of 6 or more.
$10/coach
Sunday 12/19, 2-7PM
2-3PM - off court session
3-7 - on court drills and instruction
7-8 - optional taping review (must request by 12/17 in
order for me to secure the needed equipment)
Participants capped at 14 per court
Topics:
. Intro, discussion on philosophy of power volleyball and
teamwork, importance of commitment and expectation, spiking
(footwork, timing), passing, digging, blocking, serving,
defense (positioning, bases, coverage), setting (base,
drills, technique).
Expect:
. a good workout, my perspective of volleyball/how to reach
the next level of volleyball play/simplified instruction/
lots and lots of reps and ball touches.
. hear a few new concepts, regardless of your experience or
skill level.

NOTES
=====
Will look to teams/participants to contribute their volleyballs
for clinic use. As most all the participant fees are going towards
the court rental and don't want to burn it on ball rentals too.

I welcome coaches to come to help with the drills as I would
share with them the "keys" they need to focus on for their team.
I also welcome special requests, if teams/participants have
particular aspects/skills they want to work on, and I will work
it into the clinic.

CLINIC STATUS
=============
RSVP if you or your crew is interested. I need at least 14 folks
to register for me to pay off the substantial court fees.
Registrations after 14 put on a wait list until we hit 20, and
then will open up a 2nd court. I will decide by Friday 9AM if
the clinic will happen. I will post the clinic status on our

I would be willing to work with ONE team if they can pickup
the tab on the entire court fee of $340 for the 4 hrs.
