i have a question

Hi!
 
I'm from Russia and play volleyball in that country (hitter, blocker, tall 193sm, 37 yo, Automobilist (Grozniy) and SKA (Rostov) 1988-91). Can I play volleyboll in USA? And that do I need for this?
Sorry, I'm living in NJ 6 month and now I moving in Brooklyn, NY.
