Try Powerzone in Denville. http://www.powerzonevb.com/

They run OPEN play at least 2 times a week. Check the Events
Calender to see when they are running open / pick up play. I think
its like $10 a night to play there... but they have a few different
membership levels if you think you are going to frequent the place.

If you are looking to play GEVA (USA Volleyball) this is one of the
main gyms that the local tournaments are held. You can probably hook
up with a team or meet players from teams during open play.
