Team, As the sky tavern race is coming up we will be having a pre race meeting
this thursday, 9:00 pm at the pub n' sub. This meeting should be pretty short
and to the point, that being getting everything set for the upcoming race. As
many people will be leaving for Brian Head NORBA on friday this should be a
good time to meet. I know that there is a Northstar twilight XC race but it
should be over by 8pm to give people enough time to get to Reno and be at the
meeting.

Rough agenda/things we need to sort out:

Course cleanup
Registration
Prizes/Awards
Volunteers
Course marking.

Please show up and take part in puttuing on this event. Again, The event is
august 13th, just 2 weeks away. We already have permits and the venue is
