Re: bike stuff

The co-pres idea was not meant to supplant the vice-president, just to further spread out the duties so that more people are involved and the load of responsibilities is insured to get done.  I think we definately need a vice-pres.  In fact, we could even use a secretary; someone in charge of taking notes at the meetings and reminding the people that volunteer for things to get them done =).
More of my 2 pennies.

Hi Everyone,

This email is concerning the nominations.  I wanted to nominate Christina for pres/co-pres.  I asked her if she would be willing to take this on and she said that she is.  She is very dedicated to the team and has been on it for a long time.  She is really organized, focused and very professional and has probably never once missed a meeting.  I know that she would do an excellent job!!!

So, if we have co-presidents then we probably won't need a vice, but I think that Amber should hold an office.  Maybe co-sponsership coord???  Amber, I don't know if you'd be interested in this, but you are good with people and so outgoing, I think you'd be an excellent person for this.  Let me know if you have a different job in mind though!

PS- Thanks for nominating me for treasurer!  I would love to do it again.  It was a lot of work, but I have things figured out now, and I have kept all the records from last year so that I can get more of a jump start on them this year--if I do that job again :)
