Dear mountain bike advocates,

NorCAMBA registered for three people to attend the IMBA Summit and World MTB
Conference in Whistler, BC. Due to family medical issues, one person is not
able to attend. The Summit is June 20-23. We have decided to offer this
space up on a scholarship basis to someone from northern California to
attend. Additional costs of travel and housing may also be subsidized
depending on need. We have room in a carpool, leaving a few days early and
returning a few days late to take advantage of riding opportunities between
here and Whistler.

We are hoping to find someone who has an interest in trails advocacy and
would like to attend this valuable educational experience, and experience
the fabulous riding in Whistler and between here and there. Preference will
be given to applicants who make a commitment to apply what they learn at the
summit to advocacy issues here in Northern California. You do not need to be
a NorCAMBA member to apply. U.S. Citizens must be prepared to present
documentation such as valid or expired U.S. passport, U.S. birth
certificate, or Naturalization certificate to avoid delays at the border.

midnight on June 11th, responding to these questions:

1) Name and contact information
2) Dates you can travel
3) Describe your interest in mountain bike advocacy
4) Club membership, if any
5) Verify you can afford meals and other expenses related to the trip
6) Any other information
