Reimbursement Eligibility
In order to qualify for any event reimbursement, the rider must:
1. be a current club member (dues paid for year of reimbursement)
2. be an active member by attending meetings, training rides, and other club
activities
3. provide substantial help with duties related to one of the club-sponsored
events, such as:
a. NCNCA District Time Trial (Event Planning, Course Set-up,
Registration/Results, Clean-up)
b. Peavine Challenge (Event Planning, Course Marking, Registration/Results,
Clean-up)
c. Tour de Nez (Course Marshall)
d. Twilight Road Series (Series Promoter, Race Director)
e. Twilight MTB Series (Series Promoter, Race Director)
