The Rahall Whitfield amendment to reverse the Burns amendment passed today

by a wide majority. This is great news! We may get HR503 yet, and that would

put an end to horse slaughter in this country. The last count they showed was

247 to 159.

This is the happiest I have been in a year! Thanks to all of you!
