Can anyone tell me if there is a Federal law that prohibits the transport of
horses in a double or three-tier stock truck?  I thought that there was but
we have some "killer-buyers" currently transporting in double-tier trailers.
I need specific code references, if it is illegal, if anyone has the
references?

Right now no federal law, maybe in 2007 it will be. PA is one of the 7 states though that does outlaw this, check "Google". Judy T From: "Marge Mullen"...
