The United States Equine Rescue League (USERL) is a non-profit organization that has rescued more than 800 horses since its beginnings in 1998.  With five operational sites in North Carolina, Virginia, Indiana, Iowa and Kentucky, the USERL is dedicated to save, protect and rehabilitate horses which have been abused, neglected or abandoned.
