All the mares have been saved and, I believe, they also all have homes.  However, this particular rescue group, in the southwest corner of Colorado, has been taking every horse they could from a local kill buyer to keep them from going to slaughter.  They have lots of youngster that they have rescued in the past couple of months.  They do need general funds for feed, medicines, etc. and they would appreciate anything anyone might send to them.  Email and web site below:  ~ you may contact Diane, directly, with any questions.
