Yes he was. Ward was the go between and actually hired Burns and put
Burns together with Marion Hulick the Cell Farms trainer then actually
provided his own travel agent to get Burns to Cellular Farms for the
murder. George made sure, according to Burns' testimony, he would be
in Asia or somewhere OOC, when the murder was accomplished.

I'm glad you've brought this back to people's attention, because
people like this shouldn't be allowed to ever participate in AHSA or
any other named organization show again ever. I seem to remember The
Jockey Club has looked the other way in the past.

Just disgusting when the term Blood Horse takes on a completly new
meaning.
