Hi Jo
I would be interested in any drills etc that you have - I'm coaching
13yrs and always struggle to keep them interested.
Thanks

I find that going back to basics that are taught to the young players
12-16
years.
Make training fun
Turn training into a game.
Have a prize for the winner it only has to be small.
Do some of the exericise drills to music.
And if that fails then they really don't want to be there don't you
think? l have some drills, exercises and games if you are interested? Jo
