Hi,
You may want to try running one night of fitness and flexability tests (i.e.
the beep test, timed weaving drills, etc).
This should show them how unfit they are. Give they the figures that they
should be striving towards as a comparison, then tell them you will re-test
in 4 weeks.
Offer to help them by building specific drills and excercises into their
regular training for the next 4 weeks.
Hopefully they will try that little harder and when you re-assess their
skills they will have improved.
Good luck.
This age group can be very rewarding when they are focused.

To you all
I coach quiet a number of players whos ages range from 25 - 45 years.
These ladies are giving me a problem. At times they don't want to do some
exercises what they want is to run a few laps and then get into game
situation. Please help me to plan my training session. Some of them are
not physical fit.
I still have a long way to go with these players please. Their improvement
is very low and they are stuborn. How do you deal with such players?
Please help.
