RE: [netballcoaching] Re: Training Sessions

Hi Katazile

Firstly are you friendly with them. If so then they are taking advantage of
the friendship and you need to distance yourself from them.

Probably trying to explain this to them would be difficult. Maybe for a
warmup try different things such as soccer, rounders (baseball), poison
ball, relays (bouncing a ball etc).

It is a very difficult age to coach but no matter what you need to show you
are confident and in control.

Hope this little bit helps.

Cheers

Pam

To you all

I coach quiet a number of players whos ages range from 25 - 45 years.
These ladies are giving me a problem. At times they don't want to do some
exercises what they want is to run a few laps and then get into game
situation. Please help me to plan my training session. Some of them are
not physical fit.

I still have a long way to go with these players please. Their improvement
is very low and they are stuborn. How do you deal with such players?
Please help.
