To you all
I coach quiet a number of players whos ages range from 25 - 45 years. These
ladies are giving me a problem. At times they don't want to do some exercises
what they want is to run a few laps and then get into game situation. Please
help me to plan my training session. Some of them are not physical fit.
I still have a long way to go with these players please. Their improvement is
very low and they are stuborn. How do you deal with such players? Please help.
