Having been a user of Can Coach for the past 3 or more
years, I would just like to reinforce what Gillian has
said. It makes planning training sessions so much
easier and I still haven't used all the drills that
come on the CD's. In addition, something that I am
finding very useful these days is to scan in any of my
drill diagrams and then create drills in My Drills,
this way they are on file on the computer and not just
on pieces of paper in the filing cabinet.

Hi,
Just when you mentioned the blank court do people
realise that in the CANCoach Netball Planner it has
all the courts, people, positions, lines, etc. that
youe need to make any diagram of a drill you want to
draw. You just drag and drop the pictures onto the
court and save and it's done, 1minute maximum each.
This is just one of the many features of the CANCoach
program.
Cheers
Gill

Excellent Ariana! I'd appreciate that... boy is
this going to be a bit
more than I originally planned, but it will be
great. I know how much I
would have appreciated it when I started.
If anyone is interested, I have a made a blank court
picture up, which I
find useful for planning my coaching sessions (I
like to do a circuit
around the court as part of the warm up) or it could
be used for during
a game to illustrate a concept.
Email me privately and I'll send it on.

Excellent Idea
I will forward anything I think of that would be
relevant or ideal for
your
booklet. Even ideas for player handbooks, ie:
contact details, emergency
contact names, prefered names injuries, allergies,
medical information,
personal goals,Stats copied for game sheets what the
palyer would like
to
achieve for the season, individual work progress or
individual drills to
work on until next session, etc, a good way of
progress, and analysing
players progress etc

Michelle - would you consider distributing whatever
you put together via
the net? I would be very happy to mount such
resources on the Netball
Resources website
(www.ucl.ac.uk/~uczcw11/netball.htm) if you didn't
have a
site of our own.
I think we'd all be very interested in it...
